All clients are encouraged to keep clear and detailed food diaries whatever the short term or outcome goal is. From the diaries we can agree on making improvements in your daily and weekly eating plan. We need to see what you are eating and what times of the day you are eating.

The total daily intake of calories has to be agreed between us and also the quality of the calories has to be correct, to obtain a daily balanced intake of nutritious foods, vitamins and minerals.
