Fitness Training

At the first session, a full fitness assessment is carried out, to focus in on the goals of the client.

We sit down as a team and plan daily, monthly and yearly goals. The client’s blood pressure and weight is recorded.

Toning, more strength, fat loss, increased power, sculpting of certain body parts, core stability, flexibility plus many more areas are covered in my fitness training programmes. All systems of the body i.e. Aerobic, Anaerobic and Phosghgen are explained and stimulated.

Fitness goals are also achieved through pushing and pulling movements using weights. The benefits of Isometric training are also explained.
