Fitness Testing

I have many forms of fitness testing modules for the client to use.

Fitness testing could comprise of Personal Best Achievements, for example running on the treadmill recording speed and distance.

Another form of testing is Power Surges on the Concept 2 rowing machine, again recording speed and distance.

There are also Ultra Fitness Challenges, which consist of three parts. Firstly there is rowing, then cycling and finally running. All times are then added up to give a total time for all three elements.

Also Press Up and Sit Up tests and flexibility tests with the use of a new flexibility board are now available.
